Friday was my day off and I was determined to dust off my camera and take a few photographs. As I was walking down the path to the dock I realized I had not even bothered to remove the lens cap. I think my inspirational muse is still on summer vacation.
I took off the lens cap and started looking for something..anything..to photograph. Finally out of desperation I took a picture of a yellow flower.
Then I took another of a flowering vine that had an ant on it.
Umm hmm…it was thrilling for me, too.
Lord I hope my muse returns before winter or I may as well start using the camera on my phone.

I've been feeling rather unmotivated lately, as well...hope you find your 'muse'! I love your photos...that first one of the yellow flower is really pretty; love the bokeh!
Thanks, Tezzie. I played with the yellow flower in Photoimpact and did something that was supposed to turn it into a watercolor..or something. I love your photos and want to be you when I grow up..LOL.
